Cash vouchers in Colombia (COP)

Cash vouchers (formerly SafetyPay) takes payments in Colombia in Colombian pesos (COP): in cash at 4 payment-point networks, or by online transfer from 44 banks and wallets. The request is the same as in Mexico: only currency, apm_config.country and the bank IDs change.

Step 1: create the request

Send country: "Colombia" and use channel: "WP" for cash and channel: "OL" for online transfer. Each payment carries one type; within it, bank_ids accepts more than one entry. bank_ids is optional: without it, SafetyPay's page lists every Colombian bank for the channel you sent and the customer picks one.

Cash (channel: "WP"):

The customer gets a reference on SafetyPay's page, also sent by email, and pays it at a payment point of the network.

Transfer (safetypayTransfer, e.g. Bancolombia or Nequi):

Online / Transfer (channel: "OL"):

1105 (Nequi QR) and 1107 (Nequi PUSH) don't filter by bank: if you include either in bank_ids, SafetyPay's page shows every transfer option, the Nequi QR among them, and the customer picks there.

Step 2: redirect the customer

The payment starts in Pending. The response doesn't carry the voucher: it points to SafetyPay's page in next_action.redirect_to_url.url, where the customer gets the reference and payment instructions (cash) or completes the transfer online. Confirm the final status server-side — by webhook or at verify_transaction_status_url — before releasing goods. The full response is shown in Cash vouchers › Step 2.

In Colombia, the customer has 3 days to pay; after that, the reference expires and the payment moves to Expired.
